Have tried to join 3 times and feel the counselors so not take enough time to explain the programs. I go home and try it on my own and give up from lack of understanding the plans.

And, starchy 0 point foods will make a women gain I am following the blue plan. My ww app. And gave me 35 weeklies. I changed my weigh-in day to Friday. Now I only have 23 weeklies! Why did this happen? I am sorry but I am unable to give you any advice about this. I would suggest that you contact WW and ask them - they should be able to sort it for you.
I was on WW a year or more ago when the only plan was all the zero point foods. I kept gaining weight. Is there someone I could call and talk to before trying to join again?
